Brandy obtained from holandas, low alcohol spirit distilled from wine (65º), aged in American oak casks previously soaked in Pedro Ximénez sherry, based on the traditional dynamic Criaderas and Soleras ageing system. Average ageing: 10 years Alcohol: 40.5º Tasting Notes: Appearance: Dark mahogany with shades of brown. Aroma: elegant oak wood hints, well-integrated with the delicate aroma of wine holandas obtained from an alquitar, with highlights of vanilla, crianza wine, plums and raisins. Taste: Soft, smooth and velvety with a very intense and complex aftertaste, with well-combined highlights of spices, nuts and chocolate. To be kept: as a general rule, in a well-ventilated and cool place. Over time, a certain precipitation may appear, as a result of the natural wood-ageing process. In such case, simply decant the brandy before drinking.
