Nose:
Very intriguing. The herbal side, with grass and mint, there are different kinds of fruit to be detected: pear, lemon, but later pineapple and cherry. The wood delivers some creamy vanilla. With water, there is an extra green feature: olive oil. Next to that, lime stone and earth.
Taste:
Alcohol, grape seeds, massive ginger and ultra dry lemon juice dominate. With water, lemon and pear drops dominate, with vanilla, grass and malt. Then, bitterness of grape seed, lemon zest and ginger.
Finish:
Again, grassy, with vanilla, oak spice and lime juice. Ultra crisp.
