Nose: clear, "warm" sherry nose, sweet caramel, cane sugar, butter biscuits, raisins, hazelnuts, almonds, blackberries, grape chocolates, marzipan potatoes, a wonderful sherry-stressed aroma without junk notes and little oak. I like it. However, one should gently sway the old gentleman in the glass otherwise a quick alcohol sting comes quickly out.
Taste: incredibly sweet and full, strong despite only 43%, enormous citrus fruits, light oak notes, caramel, cinnamon, marzipan, chocolate, dark fruit jam.
Finish: warming, sweet, almost sticky, beautiful "delicious" oak, luckily pleasant long-lasting.
