    First nose on the apple and the pear. Cinnamon. Pastry and sweet. Evolves on the mineral, lemon and orange fruit paste. Pretty austere. Wax, not dominant. A little ash.

    Very lemony and mineral. real fruit paste. Veil of smoke.

  • Finish

    Final vegetable enough. Grass, eucalyptus and lemon.
