Nose
First a very dry and earthy torrent that spreads in the nostrils. Strong, but certainly not pungent, with a lot of phenolic flavors given the age, plus some ginger (?) And a subtle, but unmistakable, pleasant sweetness.
Taste
with these 55% just right, wonderfully strong, very light burning , plus lots of charred firewood. The sweetness is now no longer heard, on the contrary: rather bitter approaches, but overall very well into the overall picture. Round, but not overly gleaming.
Finish
With a notable length, this CI has a nice tingling sensation on the tongue and throat.
