Nose: citrusy, lemony, candied, sour, dank. A great nose, with myriads of subtle flavors, none of them overwhelming. Very contemplative.
Taste: perfect mouthfeel. Envelopes all the taste buds. Despite the age, the oak is under-controlled. With a few drops of water, it becomes salty, with some flavors being accentuated. Citrusy, with no tartness. Vanilla frosting.
Finish: medium long, warm, dry, mild white pepper, cocoa, coffee.
