Nose: the skin really clean, marshmallows, pina colada, vanilla and also a little cinnamon, a little dry earth. Clear barrel influence. The alcohol is good. With water: Takes the alcoholic pungency completely, more sweetness, more coconut.
Taste: medium volume, lime juice and pina colada under oatmeal, dry wood, neat peppery pungency. With water: Here, too, the sharpness disappears, a little bitter, much rounder, latte, less dry wood, oily. Earthy, mint.
Finish: medium long, bitter-spicy, only little fruit remains over.
