Colour: white wine.
Nose: apple juice, mashed potatoes, beer… Gets yeastier with time. Hints of parsley and small sour apples.
Taste: quite bold, rough, a little spirity, still very mashy and yeasty… It’s really on porridge now with a good spurt of raw schnapps. Gets a little easier after a moment, with a little fruit.
Finish: rather long finish, maybe a little dirty.
