Nose
Dry fruits, toasted almonds and coffee grains are the main smells that embraces us with bread baking powder and peat smell, and then in a second time yellow mellow fruits, wood and spicy black pepper.
Taste
The taste seems to be not too much nice, almost bitter, an alternation of wood notes and sherry with metallic tastes and the alcohol grade is perceived like acetone. With the addiction of water it gets gentle and fruity notes like raisins and candies comes back with the baked bread flavor.
Finish
The final leaves a touch of coffee and wood, an important hot spicy black pepper taste, and finally tobacco and raisins.
