Nose: sweet, tropical fruits. Behind it are gentle floral notes and a pleasant, yet intense oak maturity of European oak.
Vanilla and caramel come to the fore.
Taste: something sherry and dark fruit to kick off. Then a barrage of warming oak and orange juice. Everything mixes with dark chocolate with orange peel, espresso and wood glaze. A very delicate hint of smoke floats in the background and plays around the hint of sherry flavors.
Finish: long with oak and vanilla, some caramel syrup and a hint of orange.
