Nose: fresh with notes of green tea and fruit tea at first nosing. There are aromas of dried cranberries, pomegranate, leather and sponge cake. Nice and pleasant.
Taste: dominated by notes of black tea, unsweetened chai and pepper at first mouthfeel. Oak and leather with a whiff of peat.
Finish: long and dry, dominated by notes of strong black tea with lots of tannins, pepper and a slight bitterness.
