Nose
Dried fruit of plums and figs. Fruitcake and sultanas. Kirsch liqueur. Also chocolate and roasted chestnuts. Balsamico vinegar at the background.
Taste
Bitter coffee and burnt wood. Roasted nuts as well. Spices of carraway and cinnamon. Hickory. Marmite at the end.
Finish
Quite long. Lots of tannins with corresponding oaky sourness. A little ginger. Eucalyptus at the end.
