Nose: wood chips, red juice pear, apple, wet hay, lots of malt, light
herbal honey, grapefruit and toffee, a little oldschool, rather less
sherry in the nose.
Taste: pear, lots of red and green apple, salt even, lemon peel, malt,
herbal honey, leather, chocolate chips, beautiful power behind it,
spreads everywhere, but is well integrated, tannins feel good.
Finish: waxy, creamy, unbelievably supple, rather like balsam reminding of beeswax, very long.
