Nose: typical old school nose. Dusty sweetness. Delicate oak. Oranges and marmelade. Hints of sherry, mint. Some herbal notes as well.
Taste: juicy and smooth. Figs and dates. Nuttiness and wood. Spicy notes of black pepper and nutmeg. Becomes very salty later on.
Finish: medium long. Bitter-sweetness and salt again.
