Appearance: dark amber. Full color with coppery reflections.
Smell: In principle soft honey mixed with caramel, then notes of green apples and a touch of ripe banana. A distinct note of vanilla and toffee complete a fervent and deep scent!
Palate: While Rum crosses the palate, it is possible to see further flavors, never contrasting, such as cherries, vanilla and honey. An aftertaste of dark chocolate makes this rum even more sumptuous!
Finale: Medium long and sweet, vanilla, chocolate and a delicate "woody" flavor remain.
