Nose
Slight notes of cognac with fresh oranges, lemons, some pears, apples, strawberries, chocolate pudding, gooseberries and a hint of alcohol. Fruity, youngish spirit.
Taste
Sweet on caramel, orange zest, apples and pepper. Not much going on here, the complexity is on the low side.
Finish
Quite oaky with a gentle sweetness and pepper lingering pretty long.
