Nose: very pleasant on the nose, sweet with honey and some spring flowers.
Taste: sweet arrival on the palate, still some honey, but also chocolate and sultanas. More bitter orange marmalade on the development, black pepper, nutmeg and black coffee.
Finish: the finish is fresh with mint and eukalyptus, some burnt sugar and camomille.
