Nose:
Light in aroma, but hints of oak, and apples. There is also a nice bit of cinnamon and sugar toast. It really only loses points in how light the aroma is.
Taste:
An abundance of apples, all types, but fair bit of granny smith too. Very sweet, some maple syrup, along with a fair bit of cinnamon and nutmeg. Some subtle hints of other fruits too, like cherries, peaches and pears. Possibly the best tasting bourbon I have ever tried.
Finish.
Lingering spices, with a nice touch of heavily spiced apple cider, also a touch of mandarin oranges, but still a good bit of cinnamon.
