Nose: fresh tropical fruits, citric, vanilla, lightly smoky, fresh herbs, a bit of white pepper and marine air in the background. Overall fresh and crispy.
Taste: again tropical fruits, citrus fruits and vanilla, oily. Then spices, herbs, a little bit salty and smokiness.
Finish: the tropical fruits and vanilla fade away quite quickly. The spices and the smoke stay a bit longer accompanied by brackish water and some liquorice.
