Nose: Creamy with honey soaked honeycombs and waxy vanilla. Served with lime and lemon juice and freshly cut, fruity-sweet oranges. Mineral salty toffee with a hint of gum and leather.
Taste: Old flavor again orange and lime with waxy leather notes and malty caramel. Again, the slightly salty and tart herbs are added back very late.
Finish: Medium length, salty and slightly dry. Old wood notes, earthy, leather aromas and delicately salty herbs form the finish. On the tongue, a touch of old sherry barrel and a slightly artificial flavor remains.
