Nose: the first nose is young and full of spices, cloves and herbs. Meaty notes and aniseed.

Taste: spices, herbs, liquorice, citrus, lemon and earthy notes. Also syrup, cola, cinnamon, chocolate and butter.

Finish: apple, some spices, liquorice, thyme and pepper. Later more fruity.
