Nose: some smoke, sweet, caramel, fake leather, some earthy notes, autumn forest. Salty as well, and the smell of a motorboat at sea.
Taste: licorice. Lots of pepper, strong and full-bodied. Bonfire smoke, ash. Also some sweet, peach and honey.
Finish: remarkably softer and smoother now, less pepper, some smoke and sweet notes remain, pretty long finish.
