A single barrel rum produced by Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua (CLNSA) at their Flor de Cana distillery.
This is part of the Volcano Collection, and is named after Cerro Negro in the west of Nicaragua.
Flor de Cana distillery is situated just north of there, beneath the volcano, San Cristobal.
This was drawn from single Kentucky Bourbon barrel #18.
