Nose: some obvious sherry influence. Cigar tobacco. Lots of dried fruits, raisins and dates for instance, but also bitter oranges and spices, cinnamon, nutmeg.
Taste: rich and syrupy. Water is no luxury though. More tobacco and wood, and all the other thing that made the nose so lovely. Traces of peat smoke (very subtle) and aniseed.
Finish: rich, long and delicious.
