Nose:
Starts with sawdust and polished oak, vanilla cream, limestone, mint and eucalyptus, almond paste combined with white chocolate. It develops to sweet apple sauce with raisins, varnish, and pineapples and ample honey and flowers.
Taste:
It develops as in the nose, with a little more space for the fruit and green herbs. Of course, a layer of (soft) spiciness is added: pepper and cinnamon.
Finish:
In the beginning it's quite short, but strangely this changes over time and gets longer. It's a combination of sweet and sour fruit, herbs and spices.
